respiratory health management. Assess and treat individuals with
respiratory disorders within a multidisciplinary health team.
Implement treatment plans and monitor the respiratory care of
residents, including management of ventilators, oxygen therapy, and
aerosol medications. Educate residents and their families regarding
respiratory health and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate
patient records and communicate progress to healthcare teams and
family members. Ensure all respiratory equipment is functioning
correctly and adheres to safety standards. Deep knowledge of
respiratory care procedures and equipment. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills for dealing with elderly patients. Ability
to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Strong
organization and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be a Certified Respiratory
Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Licensed
to practice in the state employed.
