Administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and respond to any emergencies Record patient's medical information and vital signs Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Advocate for patients’ and families' needs, or provide emotional support for patients and their families after surgeries Educate patients about post-operative care and potential complications Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity Strong clinical skills in a surgical oncology setting Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently High level of professionalism and bedside manner Excellent communication and empathy skills Advanced knowledge of infection control practices Efficient in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current RN license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred
