Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Regional Float Pool specializing in Labor and Delivery
(L&D) within our Birth Center for the night shift. As a
nonprofit healthcare system with facilities across Colorado,
UCHealth is committed to providing exceptional care and advancing
the health of our communities. This position offers a unique
opportunity to work across multiple UCHealth hospitals, supporting
high-quality patient care and gaining diverse experience in various
settings. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of
environments within the labor and delivery arenas. Assess, monitor,
and document patient conditions and progress. Administer
medications and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to
facilitate exceptional patient care. Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Adapt to
varying units' protocols and patient needs with flexibility and
professionalism. Proficient in labor and delivery clinical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to
different environments and scenarios. Capable of critical thinking
under pressure. Skilled in the use of EMR systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current RN license valid in Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS
and NRP certifications preferred but not required.
