Job Description:

to apply. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse environment
across different progressive care units. Manage a clinical caseload
per shift, documenting patient care services accurately.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate
patient care, optimizing recovery paths. Educate patients and their
families about post-hospital care, preparing them for discharge.
Implement and monitor patient care plans and respond to changes in
patient conditions effectively. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills
in a progressive care environment High proficiency in IV insertion,
phlebotomy, central lines, and managing ventilators Ability to work
flexibly and adapt to various medical settings Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required PCCN
(Progressive Care Certified Nurse) certification preferred
