Job Description:
Sonora Quest Laboratories, a leader in diagnostic testing
services, is seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Assistant /
Phlebotomist. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to
provide timely medical insights to healthcare providers and
patients across Arizona. The successful candidate will be integral
in sample collection, processing, and initial analysis,
contributing directly to the health outcomes of our community.
Perform blood collection and non-blood specimen collection
efficiently and safely. Follow strict procedures and protocols to
maintain sample integrity and quality. Prepare specimens and
samples for laboratory testing. Maintain accurate documentation and
patient records. Assist in the processing of laboratory results,
ensuring timely delivery to healthcare providers. Adhere to all
safety guidelines to ensure a sterile and safe working environment.
Manage inventory supplies and maintain lab equipment. Proficient in
venipuncture and other collection techniques. Strong understanding
of laboratory safety and infection control practices. Excellent
organizational and communication skills. Ability to work accurately
under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certificate strongly
preferred. Any additional certification related to healthcare or
laboratory services is a plus.
