Investigative ADME, Toxicology and Bio-Analytical Research team
focuses on drug discovery using innovative scientific approaches.
We seek an experienced lab scientist to support and help develop
our cross-site Investigative ADMET Laboratory capabilities,
including playing a substantive role to design, build and deploy
automation-friendly screening infrastructure. The candidate should
have a passion and consistent track record for developing capacity
enabling screening, mechanistic, investigative assays which deliver
reliable results at the pace discovery research demands. Strong
collaboration with ADMET Project Leaders, lab-based scientists and
medicinal chemists is essential. This role requires excellent
people and communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness
and agility to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate
will also be eager to apply emerging techniques in AI, agentic
agents and automation to their laboratory work and results.
Responsibilities: Maintain Safety in the workplace as a primary
priority Design, implement, and interpret in vitro ADME assays
(metabolic stability, protein binding, reaction phenotyping, CYP
inhibition/induction, transporter studies) Develop and validate
novel assays to predict in vivo outcomes and address DDI
assessments Generate data for PBPK modeling and collaborate with
medicinal chemistry Operate LC-MS/MS instrumentation
(Sciex/Shimatzu platforms) for quantitative/qualitative analysis
Partner with CROs to design studies and interpret outsourced data
Present findings, author technical reports Minimum Qualifications
BS with 8 years similar experience) within the pharmaceutical
sector or related field. Experience in vitro ADME assay design,
execution, and interpretation Experience with LC-MS/MS platforms
and data analysis software (i.e. Sciex and Shimatzu platforms,
Analyst software) Additional Preferences: MS with 5 years
academic/research/industry experienceProven track record of
delivering high-quality data in fast-paced, deadline-driven
environments Strong communication skills and ability to work
effectively in cross-functional teams Familiarity with CYP
induction, transporter studies, and mammalian cell culture
Understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory ADME requirements
Adaptive and applies creative problem solving to meet emerging
needs Knowledge of IVIVE and PBPK modeling applications Self-driven

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $72,000 -
$213,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
