Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems as it relates to strategic staffing. Conduct external recruitment activities to include proactive sourcing techniques (ie networking, cold calling, Internet data mining, etc.). Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry. Attend hiring events/job fairs as necessary. Maintain positive partnerships with clients and internal colleagues. Ensure staffing processes are being followed: collect all necessary documentation from hiring managers to ensure corporate and government compliance, review and maintain documentation to assure legal and departmental compliance. Ensure effective interviewing techniques are being utilized by hiring managers. Perform under very limited supervision. Partner with others on cross-functional teams. Facilitate pre-hire testing/assessments as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree field or equivalent education and relevant experience. Minimum 6 years of full life cycle of talent acquisition experience (senior level talent across all disciplines of corporate functions, ie Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Executive Level Positions) Proven ability to consult, influence and interact with all levels of the organization while establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships Proven skills of web-based sourcing and recruiting tools, not limited to paid tools and Boolean logic with the ability to leverage social media to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates. Ability to provide value-adding recruiting-related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions Knowledge of the labor market(s) in which the recruiter recruits Demonstrated experience with work prioritization and process improvement skills Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems/databases (Taleo, SuccessFactors, Salesforce Ceridian, etc.) required Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
