As a member of our team, you will play an active role in achieving our objectives by driving data into business intelligence, managing the financial execution of the business plan, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company strategy and the strategic priorities for the customers we support. We have a great opportunity available for a Manager, Sales Finance & Planning to be based out of our White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO offices!
Roles/Responsibilities:
--- Own and Lead Key Financial and Planning processes for the Division. Continuous WOW focus as we execute Processes and Deliverables to achieve Company and Divisional Objectives. Influence and support Cross-Functional Partners.
--- Manage analysts in execution and prioritization of Division Deliverables.
--- Ownership of liaison between select BU's Demand Planning and our Sales Division to ensure strong alignment to the Volumes our Division commits to in the Company's Monthly Forecast Process.
--- Own and liase with sales the development of customer level plans and P&L's within our Trade Management System. Particular emphasis is on the ownership and build of Base Volume Projections and Rolling Forecast, but overall knowledge of Customer Plans.
--- Own Monthly Close Results, Forecast & Flashes.
--- Demonstrate Ownership of analysis, reporting and Forecasts to effectively challenge ourselves and the stakeholders, while capturing and communicating the right 'stories' to the business.
--- Continuous Opps/Risks Management.
--- Work with Sales Cat Comm in the establishment and validation of Trade Targets. Liase with Sales to ensure clarity and an aligned Plan.
--- Participate in RGM (Revenue Growth Management) activities. About you--- You have 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance/ Accounting/Planning, other Business Competencies considered
--- You have a Bachelor's degree and/or Advanced degree required
--- You ideally have CPG experience
--- You have strong analytical skills
--- You have experience managing P&L
--- You have experience working cross-functionally
--- You have proven Excel Skills, Strength in working with data across systems
--- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills
--- You have proactive calendar management and prioritization skills
The base compensation range for this position is $102k-153k commensurate with experience.
