Job Description:
Direct Insurance Services is looking for an Inside Sales
Representative to join our team in our Broomfield office. This
person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries,
addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
We are looking for a licensed property & casualty producer to sell
internal inbound referred leads (no cold calling or networking),
cross-sell existing book of business, and assist customers with
service requests and annual reviews. - We are looking for a
candidate who can handle technology, has strong organization skills
and follow through, and is able to drive an outstanding customer
experience. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and
aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer
interaction.Responsibilities: -
Manage inbound customer
communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address
customer questions, requests and issues.Quote & Issue New Business-
Effectively intake, quote, propose, and issue referred leads from
Agency PartnersMaintain working product knowledge - Act as a
product expert to ensure information given to customers is
accurate, up-to-date and strategic.Track interactions in CRM -
Record customers interactions in internal system for
cross-functional awareness and relationship
development.Requirements:
Property & Casualty Licensed, or
willing to obtain1-2 years proven experience in supporting client
successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to
address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a
positive attitudeEnjoys networking and building
relationshipsExcellent time-management and prioritization
