The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Lumen customers and is the key to success of Lumen. The Lead Generation Manager must be passionate about sales and building a successful sales team. This position is a leadership position and will utilize professional communication, research networking, marketing and sales skills. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet or exceed their monthly lead, conversion rates and sales goals.The Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a staff of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives to support a team of Sales Reps
  • Onboard, coach and mentor SDRs to become professional, account acquisition and penetration experts
  • Run weekly dashboards/reports to review with SDR leadership
  • Provide mentorship and training to SDRs on how to use technology including LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and Salesforce to drive pipeline
  • Develop a broad understanding of the Lumen portfolio of solutions/products, communicate the value proposition, deliver elevator pitches and key messaging as needed to progress the conversation and improve conversation/meetings percentage
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (marketing, operations, sales)
  • Recruit, educate, and nurture your team to ensure ongoing success and career progression potential
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate MQLs generated by your team
  • Perform weekly/monthly audits to ensure quality of MQLsWhat We Look For in a Candidate
