Exxel OutdoorsExxel Outdoors is looking for a qualified
candidate to manage our B2B platform for Sales, our content
management system and work with the Director of Sales Operations on
the sales financials. The primary focus will be to improve sales
productivity and effectiveness through systems. This position will
be responsible for administration and implementation of various
systems/processes to drive increased sales through analytics,
business to business tools and systems support/training. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities may include but are
not limited to: Sales Operations
- Manage all price, closeout/excess lists and weekly sales
reporting
- Oversee new and current customer onboarding and contract
administration
- Manage pre-season order form and collateral communication and
distribution
- Partner with the Director of Sales Operations for dealer
compliance and ad-hoc reporting needs Sales Financials
- Lead monthly sales review meetings with cross-functional
partners and leadership to evaluate performance and forecasts
- Partner with Finance on budgets and account profitability
Systems Management
- Manage Salsify content management platform and the channel
mapping process between it and key retail partners
- Act as a liaison between platform vendors, marketing team, and
sales team to coordinate product content and information creation,
management, syndication, and quality control
- Own and enforce Exxel's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
via the Wiser platform
- Manage standardized Power BI reporting for multiple
cross-functional teams across the business; Evaluate/create ad-hoc
requests/reports and training
- Manage and act as the subject matter expert for the B2B
platform, NuOrder; Maintain seasonal assortments and partner
cross-functionally to ensure efficient order flow and functionality
to grow salesQUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience directly owning systems for Sales
Operations.
- Experience creating and interpreting sales metrics and
reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrates a
high level of diplomacy
- Strong work ethic; hands-on, detail oriented with a customer
service mentality
- Basic understanding Customer P&L's desired
- Ability to work effectively & positively with internal
cross-functional teams and external partners
- Superb communication skills with ability to set deadlines,
track progress and manage up
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel formulas, PIM tools
and use with various computer information systems
- Prior experience with Power BI, NuOrder or Salsify a plus
- Love of the outdoors is a huge plus WORK ENVIRONMENT The Sales
Support area is a collaborative, open space work environment
located on the first floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located
in Broomfield, Colorado. This Sales Operations Systems Manager has
their own office and desk space that is within the Sales Support
area. The Sales Support area is faces west and looks out on open
space and the Flatirons There are approximately 125 employees in
the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses a
workout facility, multiple quiet telephone booths and a large
employee breakroom for the employee's use. PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe
