The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC mechanics and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settingsDiagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipmentProvide recommendations for system improvements and upgradesEnsure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activitiesEducate customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practicesParticipate in emergency service rotation and respond to after-hours emergency calls as neededRequirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with both commercial and residential HVAC systemsCurrent CFC CertificationDemonstrated ability to handle physical workloadStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet project deadlinesClean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Commitment to a drug-free workplaceWhat We Offer: Competitive salary: $20 - $40 per hour, depending on experienceBenefits: Health, Dental, Life, Aflac, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, 401(k) matchCareer Growth: Access to in-house training, hands-on mentorship, and real-world experience alongside seasoned technicians.
