We are currently seeking a Production Support Lead (Functional) for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.Duration: 24+ Months ContractLocation: Denver, CORole: Production Support Lead (Functional)Primary Skills: ComplianceRole Description: The Production Support Lead (Functional) must have at least 5+ years of experience. -Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team.- Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team.- Triage production issues and drive them to resolution.- Drive and report on incident SLA compliance.- Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues.- Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues.- Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings.- Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents- Create release notes for production defect fixes. -- Provide daily guidance and direction to production support tester.Expected Deliverables:- Release notes.- SLA reports- Testing progress reports.Required Skills:- Experience in leading a team.- Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience: Minimum 5+ years of experienceRelocation: This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel: NoLocal Preferred: YesNote: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)Recruiter Name: Vivek ShrivastavaRecruiter Phone: 412.226.4260 (Ext- 2836)Equal Employment Opportunity -#LI-MJ1#Mastech1
