1 Python Architect

Primary Skill
10+ years hands on experience with Python, Flask, ansible, Containers (docker), git, redis, REST APIs, postgresql, Splunk, ELK
At least 3+ years of experience as architect in designing robust, scalable enterprise ready solutions in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Product development experience is preferred
Ability to lead a small to medium sized team in onshore/offshore model.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proven ability with stakeholder management, requirements gathering
Excellent ability to convert customer requirements to high-level/low-level design
Ability to help junior team members with respect to day to day coding issues/challenges with a keen focus on code quality
Ability to guide team with on best practices, industry standards
Ability to come up with product technical roadmap along with leadership and product management team

Extensive Hands on Experience in
---Implementing automation solutions with python, Ansible
---design and development of cloud native/containerized enterprise ready solutions
---product development/enhancement
---Microservices development
---Design/Code review
---Optimizing existing components for performance
---Debugging complex issues at code level
---Deploying python applications into production with good understanding of CI/CD tools
---Linux, Bios, Networking, interface bonding, patch management , OS upgrades, prefeably Linux admin with networking skills
---working knowledge of Dell, Client servers - IDRAC, IPMI
