About the Job: Our Human Resources - Employee Benefits team works with internal and external partners to ensure Danone provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to engage employees in health and financial wellbeing. By joining our team, you will process the administration of programs including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, LOA, disability, Union programs, wellbeing platform, benefits outsourcer and point solutions. We are currently looking to hire a Contractor - Benefits Analyst based in Broomfield, CO! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks including: TitleBrief Description Tuition ReimbursementProcess applications and payments. Track for claw backs at termination. Generate InvoicesHave approximately 30 vendors to pay each month. Includes reconciling and preparing self-bills, coordinating with AP and responding to vendor inquiries. Submit to Andrea or Laure for payment in One Buy. Respond to Genie (Benefits Hub) inquiresRespond or direct action to team on requests from Genie Reconcile weekly funding requests for HSAManage payroll deposit submission to Treasury weekly Reconcile and fund 401k and NQDCReview and submit funding for weekly 401k and NQDC Coordinate with Unions on manual entries for ongoing enrollment matters and during OEEntries must be monitored for DuBois, Minster and Fort Worth to ensure the appropriate deductions are taken. This is a manual process and needs to be audited on a regular basis Scheduling benefit events at plantsThe benefit team is planning several on site events to promote preventive health. Need a coordinator to manage the details of these events Vacation coverageWhen Laurel and Andrea are on vacation there will only be one person to cover all areas. This is a critical gap Tuition Recovery when an employee terminatesLaurel receives notices to assist on recovery for tuition repayment upon termination. Lifetime Fitness tax calculationsEmployees enrolled in Lifetime fitness are taxed on the benefit. Calculation must be provided to payroll each month Monitoring the leave boxAll incoming emails from HRBPs, employees and the vendor must be reviewed every day. Estimated emails are 50 per day. Respond and explain leave process to employees. Monitoring the benefit boxThe benefit box must be monitored every day for emails from employees, HRBPs, vendors, invoicing, etc. Retirement Plan Audit activitiesThe annual audit of the 401k and Pension plan requires someone to provide requested 401(k) and Pension documentation to auditors, prepare and circulate documents to various parties. Must interface between Audit team, Mercer and Transamerica 1095 processAnnual 1095 process must be reviewed in preparation for final files. Quarterly Wellness/Fitness FundingReview quarterly upload file with Bswift, ensure Bswift loads to Optum Research/Respond to Bswift Escalations and IssuesRespond to daily escalations from Bswift. Monthly reporting for Headcount reports to FinancePrepare monthly reporting for Tony Cappa Prepare monthly reporting for parental bonding report for FinanceFinance request of utilization for parental leave is prepared monthly PBL reporting for ManufacturingGenerate PBL tracking reporting for Manufacturing Ad Hoc ReportingFinancial reporting for Client and vendors as requested. Weekly and Bi-Weekly Parental Bonding and Disability Pay ReportsCreate, audit, and submit pay reports to payroll for payments of PBL and STD. Home & AutoReconcile billing with Home and Auto file feeds. Verify cancellations Annual Enrollment MailingsPrinter and fulfillment activities. Create mailing lists. work with printer on postcards, benefits guides, flyers, etc. About You: ---You will have a bachelor's degree ---You will have 3 years' experience working in Human Resources ---You will have previous knowledge of Microsoft products, excel, PowerPoint, Word ---Working knowledge of the standard principles of human resources benefits management ---You will have knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language, principles and practices, and operating procedures. ---You will have ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural diversities, and disabilities.
