OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN II

Strong technical skill level working on complex assignments within
the network systems assisting with Conferencing customers. Working
directly with the customers to resolve their issues in a timely
Technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or
Technician for customer/company conferencing services, including
WebEx, Ready access, Skype for Business and other Unified
communications and collaboration products.
Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose customer
problems including voice network and computer application.
Track the progress of the tickets using Ops Console. Providing
update to the customer in a timely manner.
Ability to engage internal resources as needed.
Ability to work with outside vendors to resolve trouble
Knowledge of Desktop support techniques.
Knowledge of WebEx and other Unified communications and
Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring
Knowledge of/Ability to Troubleshoot: SIP, TDM, WebEx, Skype for
Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant
Minimum 3-5 yrs. related experience in specific area or
May require technical certification.
