Reporting to the Director, HRIS and HR Technology, the incumbent will be a subject matter expert on HR technology solutions within the cluster.Objectives of the role RequiredManage assigned profile of HR technology solutions to support business demands. Scope of work includes both strategic oversight and tactical support for HR technology systems covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle including HCM, HR Transaction Management, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Talent Management Tools.Subject matter expert for use of global "red zone" HR systems within the cluster. Liaison with global HR Technology Stakeholders to both promote new systems initiatives within the cluster and represent cluster technology needs to the appropriate global teams.Partners with HR and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process efficiency using technology. Working closely with end user population documents current and desired end state processes to effectuate change in ways of working within HR. Strong ability to ascertain technical requirements from audiences with varying technical capabilities.Manage complex projects in support of HR technology and efficiency goals. Establish robust project plans, report progress, and manage stakeholder inputs. Manage project teams with a large matrix team including both global and local stakeholder groups.Will be cross trained and serve a backup to other team members on the HRIS team as assignedTargeted profile Required *At least five years progressive experience with HR systems and technology required. Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting HR technology across all areas of the employee lifecycle.Prior experience in HR Business partner roles preferred.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or a related area required.Demonstrated experience owning a business process within a complex matrix organization structure requiredDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex work assignments.
