We have immediate openings for bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist the thousands of Americans affected by the devastation of recent hurricanes and in need of emergency assistance, housing and other services. You can make a meaningful difference in people's lives by helping support those impacted by these hurricanes while earning a great wage for yourself and your family. Earnings and Hours of Operation: Pay rate is $15.00 per hour - start earning extra money for the holidays! Our hurricane relief center will be open Sunday to Saturday (7 days per week) from 7am to 11pm EST. The more flexible your schedule, the more hours you will be able to work. Responsibilities Helping people register for federal assistance. Provide referrals as needed for secondary support organizations. Helping individuals check on the status of their claim. Qualifications Must be able to speak, read and write fluent Spanish and English. Must be an amazing listener, showing empathy and patience. Several of these people have lost everything - their home, their belongings, maybe a pet or even a family member. Your job is to assist them in getting back on the road to recovery. Strong communication and customer service skills. Solid computer skills.
