Act as a liaison between servers and management to ensure SOPs and SRG standards are followed. Assist with server programs and incentives.Responsibilities
    • Full setup and teardown of each service.
    • Lead and guide fellow servers to excel.
    • Maintain a neat and clean station while servicing guests per policies and procedures.
    • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Set tables correctly and uniformly in assigned areas.
    • Follow opening/closing checklists and ongoing side work for maximum efficiency.
    • Coach fellow team members and assist in the absence of a manager.
    • Break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment.
    • Assist management in all areas as a supervisor when needed.
    • Greet and serve guests following service guidelines.
    • Keep kitchen and storage areas clean according to policies.
    • Communicate needs and concerns to MOD promptly.
    • Hours: Flexible; scheduled days and times vary based on need.
    • Complete all setup and closing duties.
    • Assist guests and act as supervisor when necessary to facilitate guest needs.
    • Participate actively in pre-shift meetings and throughout shifts to ensure team alignment and brand standards.QualificationsEducation/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: One to two years in a related position with this company or others.Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service functions, and restaurant/kitchen operations.Physical DemandsThe physical demands listed are representative of those required to perform essential job functions.       • Lifting trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. (20-40 lbs); pushing carts, hotboxes, portable bars (50-100 lbs); carrying trays and racks (20-40 lbs).
      • Manual dexterity for operating equipment, grasping, and balancing trays.
      • Bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in narrow spaces.
      • Continuous standing during shifts.
      • Climbing approximately 12 steps about 20% of the time.
      • No driving required.
      • Moderate reading and comprehension skills for records and requests.
      • Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
      • High organization and attention to detail in noisy, crowded environments.
      • Use tact and understanding in customer service, especially in stressful situations.EnvironmentPhysically strenuous environment involving prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying in an indoor setting. Cold environments such as freezers at -10 -F are also part of the job.
