We aim to be the 'world's best' by fostering a culture of hard work, investment, and continual innovation.Starting compensation ranges from $115,000 to $140,000, with an annual target bonus of 10%.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary architect for Windows & Linux systems and storage environments, ensuring system stability, integrity, and performance.
• Apply advanced knowledge in systems, storage, and cloud computing, utilizing extensive experience and judgment to achieve goals.
• Manage installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve system and storage incidents and problems promptly; provide end-user training as needed.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead projects, collaborate with business and application teams, and resolve support issues.
• Work with the Infrastructure Architect to establish standards and document architecture topologies and connectivity.
• Lead initiatives to migrate systems to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Evaluate and manage cloud service providers and vendors for reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop strategies for cloud adoption, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, to improve scalability and performance.
• Align cloud architecture with business goals, emphasizing security, compliance, and cost management.Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 to 8 years of applicable experience.Preferred Qualifications & Experience
    • Relevant certifications in Microsoft, VMware, SuSE Linux, and related technologies.Representative Skills
      • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Extensive experience in systems and storage services, evaluation, procurement, and implementation.
      • Deep understanding of business functions and the impact of systems and storage services.
      • Expertise in VMware, cloud technologies, enterprise storage (e.g., Pure Storage), backup technologies (e.g., Rubrik), and enterprise security products.
