• Managing a collection of Projects in collaboration with
  Project Engineers and Technical Leads
• Motivating and supporting the team to drive positive
  culture and leading by example
• Collaborating with other disciplines to resolve complex
  and unforeseen problems
• Accountable for contract deliverables and performance
• Adapting working methods when unforeseen problems
  arise, or milestones change
• Reporting project progress to the Senior Leadership
• Interfacing with Shared Services on relevant project
  issues
• Mitigating risks identified by Projects
• Leading or supporting proposal management and Project
  baseline control
• Working with the Program Management Office, Project

  • 6+ years' experience--in program management
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government
    security clearanceWE VALUE
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or
      relevant discipline
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
      Microsoft Project and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
    • Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to
      multi-task
    • Master's degree and Project Management certification
      (PMP) preferred
    • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
