team. We are currently looking to hire a Smart Planning Subject
Matter Expert based in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY! This
year Danone North America began a transformation journey to become
the fastest-growing, major consumer goods company in North
America.
As part of this transformation, Danone North America created a
Design to Delivery (D2D) organization that encompasses Supply
Chain, Procurement, Quality, R&I and Operations.
The Strategy and Transformation team in D2D is responsible for the
Digital Transformation enabling all the tools we need to achieve
our full potential. The primary responsibilities of this role
include coordination and leadership with both internal stakeholders
as well as external consultants to ensure timely delivery of the
Smart Planning deployment activities.
The Smart Planning Digital Transformation includes the
implementation of an Advanced Planning System (APS) and supporting
initiatives that will drive end to end cross functional process
improvements, enabling technology and organizational changes. The
base compensation range for this position is $72,000- $90,000
commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally

internal stakeholders to support cross-functional data needs,
engagement and decision alignmentSupport data gathering and ongoing
data needs to support projectInventory, Capacity, Master Data,
Planned Production, etc.Ensure data quality is maintained and
troubleshoot data defects/issuesCreate functional specifications
and test scripts to help design the technology solution to support
new processesExecute User Acceptance TestingGuide backlog and
continuous improvement prioritizationCreate end user training
documentationLead stakeholder trainings, communications and
engagements ensure adoption for new systems and processesLead the
effort to establish KPIs and collaborate with outsourced partners
on continuous improvementProactively identify and manage risks and
roadblocks to the project, stakeholder engagement and
adoptionTechnical: Strong functional knowledge of supply chain,
operations, and experience in S&OP and demand planning,
preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industryOperational
supply chain experience working with SAP technology platforms and
excelStrong analytical capabilities, with the ability to digest
complex data to solve business problemsExcellent written and visual
communicationEducation and Experience (Requirements): Bachelor's
Degree requiredAt least 3 years of demand planning experience
