Job Description:The CT Tech performs a variety of CT procedures
using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. This position
uses ingenuity, iniative, and independent judgement to perform high

part of Intermountain Health a nonprofit healthcare organization

hourly + $10/hr float differentialCT Technologist
responsibilities:Perform CT procedures in order to obtain desired
imaging results according to physicians specifications that
includes, but is not limited to: transferring patients for
examinations, ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, and
assisting with the CT examination processBe responsible for
appropriate operation of all CT Imaging and related
equipmentAppropriately educate, position, immobilize and perform CT
proceduresCoordinate CT examination to ensure timeliness, quality
and continuity of patient careUnderstand and follow provider
Imaging orders correctlySubmit required images and related clinical
information to the Radiologist for interpretationAppropriately
evaluate image qualityProvide open, accurate, and responsive
communication to patients, coworkers, Radiologists and
leadershipAppropriately utilize, charge and maintain department
suppliesRequirements:Must hold both Registered Rad Tech
certifications, CT (Computed Tomography X-ray), requiredComputed
tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT).Two (2) years CT experience preferred in a
hospital or ED setting-Current BLS certification through the
