The Kronos/UKG Sr. Application Architect is responsible for
evaluating Crocs business needs and figuring out how IT can support
those needs using software, hardware, and infrastructure. This role
will work in partnership with the HR, Payroll, and HRIS & IT teams
to provide functional and technical guidance on the UKG Workforce
Dimensions (WFD) platform. This includes planning, designing,
implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization
technical solutions as it relates to Timekeeping, Optimized
Scheduling/Forecasting, Attendance, Accruals, and Leave modules.
This role will also be responsible for troubleshooting and
resolving day-to-day technical issues, along with handling user
security. There will be a heavy focus on crafting global alignment
and consistency. Continuing to support and strive to standardize
the global system as it continues to be used beyond Americas and
EMEA, but also into APAC regions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
---Supports WFD environment by providing domain expertise,
guidance, and recommendations for Timekeeping, Optimized
Scheduling, Attendance, Accruals, and Leave modules.---Responsible
for configuring and maintaining Pay Rules, Attestation Profiles,
Accrual Policies, Schedule Groups, Dataviews, and reports in
WFD.---Designs and supports all integrations to/from WFD.---Runs
and assists with the installation of new and existing InTouch time
clocks.---Assesses upcoming WFD releases for bug fixes and new
functionality, and coordinates the road mapping, testing,
deployment, and stabilization of releases.---Collaborates with end
users to validate and translate requirements into detailed delivery
designs.---Upholds data governance by being responsible for data
quality locally for personnel data and enterprise wide for
IT.---Performs workflow assessments, captures business needs, and
analyzes internal systems to settle functional requirements for
optimal utilization of WFD environment.---Crafts system
documentation including data flow diagrams, test scripts, user
acceptance testing scenarios, support documentation, end-user
documentation and training materials.---Trains end users on new and
existing functionality, as needed.---Supports end users and provide
Tier 3 support for UKG application.---Captures information for
reported incidents and problems, assists with solving, and advance
as needed.---Establishes and maintains robust working relationships
with leaders and end-users within designated support
area(s)---Maintains system security to ensure data
confidentiality.---Creates sophisticated functional and technical
design specifications and collaborates with operational and
technical professionals to design solutions.---Analyzes business
processes and activities and recommend improvements to business
processes.---Coordinate and communicate the development,
implementation, and production of integrated technology
systems.---Defines and supports integrations with other
systems.---Provides technical consulting on sophisticated projects
and mentorship concerning the business implications of the
application of various systems.---Trains users on system use,
report capabilities, and limitations---Support users' different
methods of accessing system through PC and iPad browsers, mobile
apps and time clocks.---Works with vendors to resolve sophisticated
software issues with delivered functionality.---Research vendor
products to know the latest on new and existing functionality.
Considers future product capabilities in current designs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
---Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is
required. Professional experience, beyond requirement, in a related
field may substitute for a degree requirement on a year for year
basis.---Six (6) years of experience in business systems,
applications development, and implementation, including UKG
Dimensions experience.---Solid understanding of UKG Dimensions
Timekeeping, Optimized Scheduling/Forecasting, Attendance,
Accruals, and Leave modules.---Experience configuring and
supporting Optimized Scheduling/Forecasting for
retail.---Experience configuring and supporting InTouch time
clocks.---Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.---Excellent
oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational
skills.---Business-minded approach to problem-solving that involves
collaboration, rapport building, and interaction with all levels of
management and a variety of business departments.---Must be able to
effectively communicate technical information to both technical and
non-technical personnel.
