The Role Responsible for the contract management, payment, budgeting and forecasting of new and existing building access sites including the ongoing operation of all such facilities; and other building access administrative activities. The Main Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition of Building Access Agreements and telecom access leases for new service locations and modifications to such agreements as may be needed from time to time to augment company assets in such sites.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal in the negotiation and acquisition of legal distribution/access rights within final Agreements.
• Negotiates and successfully closes Agreements per guidelines set by Building Access management.
• Manage and coordinate payments, auto-renewals, administrative functions, including contract terminations related to building access
• Support Vendor Management group as required in the management of all vendors supporting facilities and Building Access functions.
• Coordinates with Vendor Management in managing contracts and payment support information.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of real estate markets to provide market data and intelligence to Business units on real estate activities relevant to the telecom market.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
