• 
  
• Minimum 12 years of experience with the most recent 3-4 years in lead roles, managing remote teams in end-end IAM Services Delivery and Security Operations
  
• Strong IAM Technology Landscape Understanding
  
• Focus on IAM project opportunities and transformation initiatives
  
• Proposals, SOW s, Solutions, Contract review, documentation and negotiation experience
  
• Experience in managing global teams operating from multiple locations
  
• Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery teams
  
• Focus on grooming people to work on IAM Tools within select timelines
  
• Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
  
  
  
  
• Solutions Good understanding of IAM & PAM tools and architecture
  
• Delivery excellence Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, ACSAT score
  
• Operational Excellence - Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization, Attrition; Hygiene and internal compliances
  
• Customer Management Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization
  
• Collaboration - with Account management teams in managing governance; Qualify Business expansion opportunities and contract related efforts Experience Mandatory

  • Hands on implementing and supporting OKTA and any other IAM tools
    
  • Required to be OKTA certified developer/Consultant
    
  • Hands-on experience to support application integration with OKTA
    
  • Complete knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
    
  • Hands On knowledge of API integration with OKTA for Authentication.
    
  • Hands on experience with development and implementation of OKTA On Premise Provisioning Agent (OPP agent)
    
  • Understand the current CI/CD/IAM process of Agilent across different systems and teams
    
  • Lead the implementation for OKTA across the Agilent landscape
    
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging problems
    
  • Experience in technologies such as Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS and Linux
    
  • Good understanding of Change Management and release management process
    
  • Ability to review existing deployment architecture and document-and-propose target deployment architecture
    
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
    
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
    
  • Familiarity with IAM solution providers is strongly desired.
    
  • Experience integrating with a multitude of On-Prem and SaaS based products.
    
    Development experience using these languages is a bonus
    
    
    • 
      
    • Javascript / CSS
      
    • Any server-side language like Java, C#, etc
      
    • Any scripting language like Powershell, Python, etc
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Experience implementing cloud computing solutions, including AWS, GoogleApps, Salesforce etc.
        
      • Experience with employee identity use cases: HR driven identity, Active Directory, SSO, SaaS application integrations.
