About the jobAbout the job:Our Marketing team is focused on growing Danone's brands and categories. By joining our Marketing team, you will develop consumer strategies and unique customer experiences that communicate the benefits of our products and innovations. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Producer for the Danone Internal Creative Agency based in either headquarter location: Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY!The Senior Producer serves as part of an internal creative agency, dedicated to creating and shaping breakthrough creative communications from idea through execution and activation, bringing brand campaigns to life across the brands of Danone North America. This role is responsible for the overall management and success of all creative advertising projects across Danone North America. As a member of the agency senior staff, the Senior Producer consults on all advertising projects to evaluate their effectiveness against the budget, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and interfaces with clients to ensure successful productions and shoots. The Senior Producer collaborates closely with the Creative and Account Strategy arms of the internal agency as well as with their Brand counterparts and partner agencies.In this role, you will be responsible for:Campaign Creative Production• As Senior Producer, you will champion and oversee all aspects of our branded productions across TV, video, digital, social, audio, OOH, and additional activation channels as well as delegating various duties to the team• You will be responsible for the overall production, making sure agency/client needs are met while making the airdate.• In this role you will pay close attention to budget, staffing and talent negotiation and contracts, including casting, scripting, and the legal and logistic affairs of our productions. You will create and communicate timelines to internal teams and external vendors as needed• You will create estimates and handle billing with external production vendors.• You will acquire in-depth knowledge of each of our brands, their business needs, their consumer targets, and competitive landscape to build work that will address consumer challenges• You will strategically advise our Brand partners, developing ideas and solutions that allow for efficient and effective productions that meet business objectives.• In this role, you will have a hand in building our agency, developing strategic plans with cross-functional teams, and executing against a wide variety of creative and strategic business briefs and marketing channels. The Senior Producer must possess a strong creative content production background, including managing internal and external development and production partnersTeam Leadership & Management• You will lead the Production department of the internal agency, sitting on the agency leadership team managing 1 future direct report and a roster of external production & business affairs resourcesIntegration & Collaboration• Partnership with Brand and Integrated Marketing stakeholders to ensure and champion all aspects of our productions. Participation in weekly IAT (Integrated Agency Team) meetings as needed during production windows across brands• You will effectively manage our creative partners and internal stakeholders to work in sync with external production vendors• You will collaborate with external teams to build the best work, knowing that ideas are developed and executed across multiple partnersAbout youAbout You:• 8-10 years of creative agency experience, managing full scale productions across the full marketing ecosystem (food or CGP experience, a bonus)• You have a strong understanding of the impact and evolution of advertising in the eyes of consumers, building people first work that also meets business objectives.• You have a deep knowledge of media channels, with special emphasis on social, video, and digital spaces• You have a deep knowledge of production breakdowns by project, budget, scheduling, and pre and post-production phases• You are a problem solver and a creative thought leader with excellent communications skills, including the ability to present recommendations to marketing teams and review production details in a persuasive and influential manner.• You have proven your proactive and collaborative approach to work with others in a cross-matrix organization with adaptability when budgets or timelines change• You have demonstrated strong organizational and time managements skills with experience creating and managing budgets, timelines and production trackers.• You have experience and passion for managing and mentoring a team• You embody our leadership behaviors: we are empowered to challenge, adapt, and co-own our future, we are open and connect through real dialogue, we make purposeful decisions to win in the market, we are inclusive culture creators, and we act as one teamThe base compensation range for this position is $120-130K commensurate with experience.
