Your Team is counting on you as a Spirit of the Red Horse Specialty Sales Associate to:
Work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
Work a full-time schedule
Work in our Spirit of the Red Horse store

Spirit of the Red Horse Specialty Sales Associate Key Accountabilities:
Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers that exceeds their expectations
Act as ambassadors of the Spirit of the Red Horse brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
Assist customers with product/services selection and information
Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift
Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times
Service multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards
Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service
Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate Spirit of the Red Horse product knowledge to customers
Participate and contribute in daily briefings, staff meetings
Maintain the store, store organization, and visual display and store sets
Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times
Process product shipments and transfers
Participate in and complete any Spirit of the Red Horse product knowledge training
Complete the Dufry +1 and Out in Front associate training certification program
Assist in onboarding and training of new associates

Required Qualifications:
Comply with company dress code
Exhibit passion and pride for Spirit of the Red Horse in every area of responsibility
Ability to lift at least 40lbs
Execute 5 Customer Service Standards at all times:
Greet the customer
Offer assistance to each and every customer
Ask lifestyle questions to suggest appropriate product
Provide quick and accurate service
Thank the customer each and every time
More than 2 years of retail experience in high-end fashion retail
High School Diploma or equivalent
Only those with a high-end or department store retail background will be considered
