Job Summary

Our Finance Technology team (FinTech) is seekingan Associate Analystto join the team! As a partner to the Finance and Accounting departments within the organization, this individual will help support our Financials ERP and other small applications. Working cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and other areas of IT, this person will help gather and comprehend business process requirements for new functionality or current pain points. Using best practices, the person in this role will help design and configure or work with development to create forward-thinking, scalable solutions. Efficiently troubleshooting issues, the candidate will help propose solutions to achieve operational excellence. This individual will participate in application upgrades, designing new solutions, testing, and production support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the ownership of a module within our multi-currency ERP application, PeopleSoft FSCM, in one of the following areas: Security, SOX compliance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Project Costing, Asset Management, General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing, or Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist in the ownership of a procurement application: Coupa, Concur, and Elke along with the various integrations points
  • Help gather requirements, solution design, test script creation, and ensure thorough SOX-compliant testing adheres to change management life cycle requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with various areas of the business, developers, DBAs, and other Business Analysts to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Proactively work with business partners to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Work on multiple projects, JIRAs enhancements/defects, and PROD issues, concurrently
  • Help to continuously improve PeopleSoft and the Finance and Accounting business processes that support PeopleSoft

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in MIS, Accounting, Business, Technology or related field
  • 1+ years of professional experience in supporting an ERP system (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle Cloud) in one of the following areas: Budgeting, Forecasting, Project Costing, Asset Management, General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing, or Accounts Receivable
  • 1+ years of professional experience in supporting a cloud financials application (Coupa, Concur, etc.)
  • Experience with software implementations or upgrades
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent follow-through
  • Capable of juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously or in a group
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
  • Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and/or reconciliation
  • Experience with UC4 automation tools is a plus
  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:PeopleSoft, SQL, UC4, Coupa, PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, nVision, PeopleSoft BI Publisher, OnBase, DocuSign, Coupa

The budgeted range starts at $50,000 - $60,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
