We're hiring a Senior Manager, CNS Learning and Development!
The Senior Manager, CNS Learning and Development leads & manages
the Learning and Development program in the College Nannies+ Sitter
Franchise System. This includes the identification, development,
maintenance, and delivery of training solutions for each line of
business for CNS to help owners grow profitable sales by serving
more families more often and to fulfill our mission of Building
The preferred location is Broomfield, Colorado. However, we
would also hire to work remotely or work from home.
What you will be doing in this role:
Act as consultant to the CNS senior leadership team to identify
training and development needs and priorities to deliver business
objectives and goals, focused on allowing franchises to serve more
Lead Learning and Development team and drives strategic
direction of the discipline.
Identify and engage care industry experts to develop materials
and effective assessments that support the delivery of care to
families and the measurable success of care delivery.
Design and develop learning programs using instructional design
principles and using a variety of delivery methods such as
instructor led workshops (both live and virtual) as well as virtual
training content and delivery methods
Engage with functional leaders within CNS Corporate team to
identify needs and develop training content and schedules to meet
the training needs of owners, managers, and caregivers
Maintain and update training materials, including updates
resulting from changes in processes, policies, and system
Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training
delivered and evaluate their impact on quality and customer
experience; prepare periodic reports to leadership including
attendance, survey results and recommendations based on qualitative
Manage content creation and delivery for National Conferences,
Owner Boosts, New/Existing Manager Training and New/Existing Owner
Act as leader for system Learning Management System - content,
functionality, usability and user acceptance. Maintain ongoing
relationship with LMS vendor and internal departments that
interface with LMS.
Deliver work on-time and prioritize work appropriately.

Experience delivering care to families and driving engagement
Possesses a servant approach to management and service
Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to communicate
with franchise owners, managers, and caregivers equally.
Experience working in a franchise or multi-unit system
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
Experienced using Zoom and other webinar technology.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities with minimal management
oversight or supervision. Strong technical documentation
- Intermediate level knowledge/expertise in Microsoft suite -
Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

The compensation for this role starts at $75,000. This role is
