What You Will Do:
The Director, Finance will assist with the preparation of
internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials,
monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad-hoc analysis
and visual modeling for Liqid and senior executives, budgeting,
long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes.
Maintain a timeline for reporting to investors and communicate
directly with senior executives.
Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for
senior management. Review investor reporting requests in
coordination with finance and senior executives.
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting,
Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
Advanced Modeling: Analyze complex financial information and
reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to
management for decision making purposes.
Build and maintain financial models and pro forma forecasts.
Build and maintain financial statements (cashflows, balance
sheets, income statements, etc.)
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and
analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive
efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, and
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with

Who You Are: The successful candidate will have the following
minimum education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
10+ years experience with financial planning and analysis,
reporting, business model forecasting in support of senior and
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and superior modeling skills
using functions, formulas, macros, pivot tables.
Outstanding quantitative analytical skills, problem solving
skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Highly motivated self-starter with well-developed presentation
skills for executive audiences.
Understanding of complex business models and financial metrics
with the ability to provide analysis and reporting.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly
Demonstrated mastery of financial variables and indicators
(EBITDA, Revenue Growth, COGS, etc.)
Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and possess a strong personal
character and a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
Previous experience at high-growth technology companies is a
