outstanding professional to spearhead all of our marketing,
branding, and lead generation efforts. What You Will Do:
Roles & Responsibilities: We see your primary
responsibilities including, but not limited to, the below items.
Everyone at the client company is expected to have a “can-do”
attitude and be proactive in taking on challenges and presenting
solutions: Work with Executive Management in identifying,
defining and implementing the most effective ways to promote the
company’s composable solutions across industry verticals via all
mediums and channels.
Optimize and implement best practices across digital marketing
programs, including: SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, and social,
with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and
Assist Executive Management to define and execute an annual
global marketing plan, budget, spend, and functional KPIs across
platforms and regions.
Own the metrics stack for all digital efforts, including lead
generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and influence on
Develop compelling go-to market plans to support and extend
brand campaigns/initiatives across sales regions.
VP of Marketing will lead a team in defining, implementing,
managing and expanding device and rack-level solutions and in
generating qualified prospects and demand from direct end-users,
VAR/SI, as well as OEM partners.
Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing Teams to crystalize
campaigns and methodologies that will enable the company to meet
and exceed revenue targets and milestones, as outlined in annual
and quarterly plan-of-record.
Above all, Responsibility #1 is Lead Generation: the VP of
Marketing will be judged and compensated based on capability to
develop and grow a multi-stream, high quality leads funnel.
Who You Are: Requirements / Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
8+ years of progressive experience in product and corporate
marketing at a mid-size company
2 years’ related experience with industry experience preferred
(cloud and infrastructure solutions)
Experience leading design and implementation of lead generation
campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, and the like
Excellent understanding and previous marketing experience across
social media and professional networking applications such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong MS Office skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Passion for success and ability to lead and make decisions for
best marketing strategies and tactics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
