Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure efficiency in the warehouse by meeting performance, quality and timeline expectations. Job Duties: Maintains physical condition of the warehouse facility to reflect cleanliness and organization through 5S/6S. Oversight and ownership of monthly cycle count program. Provide professional and technical expertise in the areas of warehouse management, inventory control and shipping and receiving to meet company and customers timeline. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of supplies to technicians and customers as needed. Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies Ensure all team members comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred 3-5 years of warehouse experience required Must be willing to travel on an irregular basis, as needed Strong communication and organizational skills Success in working with 3rd party vendors to coordinate order and delivery of needed components Strong time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations Qualifications to drive a company vehicle Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 5 years; no preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years No impaired driving convictions, pending charges, or test refusals within the past 5 years Physical Requirements: May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time The ability to lift medium to heavy weight, up to 75 lbs. May perform duties requiring employee to intermittently bend and twist Activity None 3 -6 hours/day > 6 hours/day Stand X Walk X Sit X Use hands to finger, handle, & feel X Reach with hands & arms X Stoop, kneel, crouch X Climb X Balance X Talk or hear X Look at a computer screen X Lift up to 75 lbs.
