Job Description Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead (Highly Visible Greenfield Digital Initiative) Are you a senior engineer who enjoys building systems that matter —the kind that reduce risk, improve performance, and directly impact how a large enterprise operates? We’re supporting a highly visible digital initiative that is modernizing a core business capability and bringing it into a centralized technology hub for the first time. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can step in as a technical leader or subject matter expert, help shape the solution, and set a high bar for quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability. What You’ll Be Working On You’ll be part of a team building a modern digital platform that supports regulatory and compliance workflows across county, state, and federal requirements. The goal is simple but impactful: ensure the right information is submitted accurately and on time—while reducing organizational risk and improving system performance.
