seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with a proven track record of
driving performance and leading teams. This role is responsible for
overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and
ensuring consistent execution across the business. The ideal
candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach, mentor, and hold
teams accountable while maintaining high standards of efficiency,
productivity, and customer satisfaction. A background within the
home services industry is strongly preferred, particularly for
those who have grown into leadership roles and bring a deep
understanding of operational best practices, systems, policies, and
performance management. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day
operations, including Sales, Service, Installation, Finance, HR,
and Operations. Partner closely with the parent company’s
leadership to align short- and long-term strategic goals.
Collaborate effectively with the company’s founder, who continues
to play a key role in the business, ensuring smooth leadership
transition and shared success. Develop and execute the annual
business plan and budget, managing performance against revenue,
EBITDA, and customer satisfaction targets. Drive operational
excellence by leveraging KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and
process optimization. Oversee adoption and continuous improvement
of field service platforms such as ServiceTitan. Build, mentor, and
retain a high-performing leadership team while maintaining a
culture of accountability and excellence. Champion initiatives that
enhance employee engagement, customer experience, and community
reputation. Qualifications: Five (5) years of progressive
leadership experience in residential HVAC or related home services.
Demonstrated success managing P&L for operations of $3 mill in
revenue and teams of 10 employees. Strong understanding of
residential HVAC service, installation, and operational best
practices. Experience leading through growth or transition, ideally
within a PE-backed or multi-entity environment. Proficiency with
ServiceTitan or similar field management software preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and the ability to
balance big-picture planning with tactical execution. Excellent
communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills with a
