Your expertise in talent acquisition will help us build a strong and diverse workforce that drives our business success.--Key Responsibilities:---Make sure succession plans are up-to-date, healthy, and realistic---Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business and within the HR function---Influence managers to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity---Use a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes---Deploy HR solutions locally, building high performing teams and cultivating a pool of talented leaders, and managing change to improve adoption---Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract top talent.-----Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods---Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.---Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.---Conducting screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.---Streamline the sourcing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.-----Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition.---Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?--In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
