As a Customer Service Rep II you need to know how to:
Assist patients, care sites, and vendors in a call center
environment with a variety of questions involving the patient
account and investigate and resolve errors or issues with insurance
or billing related questions
Mentor new associates within the department and serve as subject
matter expert, answering questions from department team members
Work with providers to communicate issues, complaints, or
investigate errors and with patients on financial arrangements, and
process incoming payments and adjustments to patient accounts
Investigate claims by using computer billing systems to identify
and resolve patient billing errors
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which
is why we require:
High School diploma or equivalent, required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a medical
office and/or patient account follow-up, required
Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, required
