motion. Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Power Systems, has an
opening for a Customer Service Operations Analyst at the
Broomfield, CO site. This role is responsible for the collection
and management of all ERP and related data and entries to ensure
smooth and GAAP compliant billing, payment, and reconciliations for
all orders and jobs of TMCS West. This includes but is not limited
to: commercial and legal terms, complete cost and revenue capture,
pay portal compliance and scheduling, project billing including pay
applications, lien waivers, premium wage entries, expenses, and
mileage. This position reports to the Controller of Timken Motor
and Crane Services - West. Essential Responsibilities
- Manage all orders and jobs to ensure applicable revenue and
costs are captured with necessary documentation to facilitate
financial audits and GAAP compliance
- Ensure complete and accurate data is present and accounted for
to facilitate financial reconciliations and to report on
expenditures and profitability
- Manage contract review and reconciliation including commercial
and legal terms
- Reconcile transactions and prepare summaries
- Support production and service teams (supply chain, shop
supplies, tooling, scheduling, communication, coordination)
- Manage local fleet including emissions, insurance,
registration, etc.
- Follow inventory control procedures as instructed and assist
with physical inventory counts
- Promote a professional company image by providing industry
leading customer service
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned and assist other
departments as directed or approved by supervisor Basic
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a business field required
- 3 years of experience with WIP / job cost data entry and data
management required, 5 years preferred
- 2 years of experience in sales tax entry and confirmation and
an understanding of sales tax requirements required, 5 years
preferred
- 1 year of experience reviewing commercial or legal contracts
preferred
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting procedures
and good business practices
- 5 years working in an office setting, manufacturing environment
preferred
- Proficient with ERP software, EPICOR preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft 365/Office Suite Key Attributes
- Strong sense of urgency, as well as problem solving and
multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness working with
figures
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment The yearly
compensation for this role is $55,000 - $75,000, is commensurate on
experience and education, and could pay more or less than the
posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in
the company's short-term incentive program, paid time off plan,
401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental,
