  • Placing outbound calls to people across the country to remind them to pay their tolls (will only contact each customer once)
  • Answer customers questions regarding their tolls ang giving them options on how to pay
  • If processing a payment - input customers information into the Cubs systemFull Time: Monday - Thursday, 11 AM - 8 PM and Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM Must Have:HS Diploma or GEDSomeone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone. Some who is well spoken or professional over the phoneOpen to food industry ( waiters, hostess, server, fast food)Open to Retail -any positions that was assisting customers face to faceNice to Have:2+ years of calls center experience1+ years customer support (face to face) exp.1+ years of Microsoft Office Exp.
