The Role Lumen seeks a strong Digital Experience and Strategy to drive the strategy and execution of digital experience tactics for Customer Financial Services. This person leads a key cross functional team for the organization, driving all inbound tactics, website conversion and digital touchpoints to support engagement goals for the business unit. The manager will ensure digital best practices are implemented to meet aggressive eCommerce, Customer and Employee Experience objectives are met through our website properties, online shopping cart and digital tactics (search, display, SEO, social). In addition, this team will be responsible for digital operations to ensure all projects are set up for reporting and are optimized. The Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of digital experts in SEO, SEM, display, ABM, social and website that will ensure we are optimizing all digital channels to meet business unit objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the business unit campaign and communications teams on digital assets and digital marketing tactics as part of integrated campaigns
  • Define holistic digital acquisition and CX strategy in partnership with Business Units and centralized digital team
  • Work with analytics partners to clearly understand performance, analyze trends, business results and use this data to develop new actions to improve results
  • Closely manage relationships with digital partners
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Act as the catalyst for digital transformation within the business unit with a focus on the customer journey and experience What We Look For in a Candidate
    • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
    • 8-10+ years of relevant experience
    • Customer-focused, with a strong understanding of all customer trends as it relates to digital channels
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, website performance, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate all levels of the organization, including executives
    • Solid track record for meeting goals and objectives -- time based/budget based as well as for driving improvement in marketing performance
    • Must have strong analytical capabilities to be able to utilize data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including corporate marketing, web development, IT, sales ops and field marketing
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools including Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms using data to inform strategy, experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar platform What to Expect Next Requisition #: 263811EEO Statement

      Salary Range Salary Min : 85230Salary Max : 189360This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
