We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Regional Float Pool Registered Nurse you need to know how to:Evaluate a patient's health status by continuously collecting and assessing dataTeach and educate patients and colleaguesFoster continuity and quality of care with the best interest of patients and their families in mindCollaborate with integrated health care teamsRefer patients for further evaluation or treatment as neededReview and monitor therapy and treatment plansComply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelinesUtilize available resources and continually expand your knowledgeEmbody our mission, vision and valuesFollow all hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines and abide by service behavior standardsFloat between departments and fulfill on-call duties as neededYour experience.We hire people, not resumes.
