Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Westminster, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado state PT license required prior to the start of the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions. Experience documenting evaluations, goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with payer and clinic requirements. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and to delegate direction of discipline-specific therapy services. Ability to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Colorado Practice Act. Preferred: Experience working in a Select Medical or large outpatient clinic environment and familiarity with organizational performance improvement processes. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment with client preference for a longer, up to 6-month engagement. Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions. Start: Position expects a start in late June (start date provided by client).
