Physical Therapist Location: Arvada, CO Agency: Jackson Therapy
Partners Pay: $1,628 to $1,828 per week Shift Information: 5 days x
8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of
scenery and a chance to help others? Join a traveling Physical
Therapist team where you will help patients recover from injuries
and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new

details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to
start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be
required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Client
preference for experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and
30-minute follow-up visits. Ability to manage a 40-hour workweek
and provide comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment
plans, documentation, and charge entry per clinic policies.
Experience delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy
services and providing student supervision preferred. Adherence to
state practice act, professional code of conduct, and completion of
state-mandated continuing education requirements. Assignment
Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Work Week:
40 hours per week. Patient Visit Timing: 60-minute evaluations;
30-minute follow-ups. Assignment Duration: 13 Week. Location
Coverage: Split coverage between Arvada and West Denver service
areas; candidate must be willing to travel between sites as
