This contract opportunity supports a Main OR unit dedicated to complex spine and joint procedures including spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements. The unit operates primarily Monday through Friday with 7 AM to 7 PM shifts, offering call coverage on evenings and weekends. Located near the scenic foothills of Englewood, CO, this role places you in a community that blends outdoor adventure with urban amenities. Responsibilities: Provide expert scrub support for spine and joint surgeries, including complex fusions and joint preservation cases. Collaborate effectively with surgical team members to ensure smooth procedure flow and optimal patient outcomes. Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict OR protocols and infection control practices. Assist with set-up and breakdown of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Participate in call coverage as needed, primarily evenings and weekends. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist (CST) in an OR setting with a strong emphasis on spine and joint procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in spine scrub and joint scrub techniques is required. General surgery experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including call shifts. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Schedule: 10 or 12-hour shifts available, primarily 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
