Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Provide psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate mental health care with other medical treatments Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on coping mechanisms and strategies Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and modalities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency with electronic health record systems Crisis intervention skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or another relevant therapeutic approach is preferred
