Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria,
US:CO:Aurora Department: HRH Pharmacy Work Schedule: Full Time,
1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Mainly working
Monday-Friday from 12:30pm to 9:00pm (evenings), rotating through 1
in 4 weekends. Rotation through major winter and summer holiday
block As with any position, the schedule may need to change if/as
business needs change, but employees will be given adequate notice.
Our services are daily from 7am-9pm (including weekends and
holidays). Shift: Evenings Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an
onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Career

through different levels of this career ladder. As a Pharmacy
Admissions Specialist, you play a critical role in patient safety
by ensuring accurate medication histories from the start. You'll
work closely with pharmacists and the care team to gather, verify,
and document medication information that directly impacts patient
outcomes. This role is ideal for a certified pharmacy technician
who enjoys patient interaction, problem-solving, and working in a
fast-paced healthcare environment. Gain valuable experience in
medication reconciliation and healthcare systems. Build a strong
foundation for growth within pharmacy or healthcare operations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Pharmacy Technician
registration with the Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT) Pharmacy
Technician Certification (CPhT) through PTCB or equivalent
Responsibilities: Interview patients and/or patient representatives
to compile accurate and complete home medication lists Verify and
clarify medication information with patients, pharmacists, and care
team members Communicate with retail pharmacies, ambulatory care
clinics, insurance providers, and other resources to obtain
medication details Identify and help resolve medication-related
patient safety issues Accurately document and submit information in
the electronic health record (EHR) and related systems in a timely
manner Apply critical thinking and sound judgment while working
independently and as part of a collaborative team Employees are our
