Job Description:

Nurse specializing in Wound Care to join our dedicated healthcare
team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standard of care
and healing for our residents within our state-of-the-art assisted
living and memory care facilities. As a Treatment Nurse in our
team, you will utilize your specialized skills in wound management
to enhance patient outcomes and maintain our high standards of
safety and care. Assess, plan, and implement wound care treatments
under physician orders. Regularly evaluate and document the
progress and treatment of wounds. Educate patients, families, and
staff about wound care management. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Participate in
quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards. Manage
wound care supplies and maintain compliance with health
regulations. Proficient in the latest wound care therapies and
technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety. Medical
