UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier, patient-centered MRI diagnostic services at our advanced facilities in Colorado. The successful candidate will oversee MRI operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. The MRI Technologist Lead will also mentor and supervise junior staff, manage scheduling, and maintain adherence to all regulatory compliance. Lead and supervise a team of MRI technologists, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality patient care. Perform and evaluate complex MRI procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Train and mentor junior technologists on proper MRI techniques and patient handling. Collaborate with radiologists to optimize scan protocols and improve diagnostic accuracy. Maintain detailed records of procedures, adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate maintenance and calibration of MRI equipment to ensure operational excellence. Participate in ongoing professional development and research to stay current with advancements in MRI technology.
