Clinic in Fort Collins is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate
Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our dedicated team. This is
an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive,
patient-centered cancer care within a collaborative, innovative
environment that emphasizes clinical excellence and ongoing
research. Position Overview: As a Hematology/Oncology Physician at
our Harmony Campus, you will be integral to a multidisciplinary
team committed to delivering world-class treatment for patients
with a broad spectrum of hematological and oncological conditions,
including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other hematologic
disorders. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized,
evidence-based care to patients across the spectrum of
hematological and oncological diagnoses. Collaborate closely with a
team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs),
nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure seamless,
comprehensive care. Develop and implement treatment plans,
including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and
supportive care. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards,
clinical research initiatives, and the adoption of emerging
treatment modalities. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record
(EMR) system for documentation, care coordination, and compliance.
Provide consultative services, second opinions, and complex case
management. Engage in ongoing professional development and stay
current with advancements in oncology and hematology. Support a
work schedule with minimal call responsibilities, shared across a
large clinical team. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Hematology and Oncology. Eligibility for medical
licensure in Colorado. Support for visa candidates is available.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation and
Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $489,000 to
$543,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on quality and
productivity metrics. Hourly compensation of $19.50, commensurate
with experience. Relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
