We are currently seeking a skilled RN Operating Room to join our dynamic team at one of our state-of-the-art hospitals. This role is vital in ensuring that all surgical procedures are carried out smoothly, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting patients through their surgical journey. The successful applicant will work alongside a team of passionate professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment, handling a variety of surgical procedures and maintaining rigorous health and safety protocols. Providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Assisting in the performance of surgical procedures, working closely with the surgical team. Monitoring patient vital signs during surgery and reporting any significant changes to the surgeon or anesthesiologist. Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records of patient's medical history and recovery. Administering medications as prescribed and overseeing patient recovery from anesthesia. Preparing the operating room for surgery, setting up surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring sterility. Collaborating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong ability in providing high-quality clinical care. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Capability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
